As a small woman owned and operated buisness, cancellations have a big impact on my business therefore, I want to ensure fair and proper customer service to all my clients. This is why I have made my policies straight forward and easy to understand.

  • If the weather deems to be dangerous as determined by the captain or an emergency occurs in which the scheduled trip cannot take place. Captain Reanna's Baffin Bay Adventures will reschedule your trip within a year. (There are no refunds, only Reschedules!))

  • A 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) down deposit is required to lock in your desired date to fish.

  • Payment methods include: Venmo, CashApp, PayPal and Apple Pay. Customers can also send a check.

  • There are NO cancellations, instead your trip will be rescheduled to an agreeable date within a year of your initial trip date.

  • Your trip must be paid in full 3 days in advance to your trip date. 

  • If you need to reschedule your trip, I encourage you to do so a week or longer before your scheduled trip date.  

  • If some of your group members decide to back out, you will still be charged for the initial amount of people you booked in the beginning.

  • During Dove season, you may be required to fill out a release form before entering into some private fields as requested by land owner.

  • !NOTICE TO PARENTS! You are REQUIRED to bring the appropriate fitting life vest for your child/children. (IT IS NOT PROVIDED). (Children of the age 13 and under must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket while on a boat under 26 feet in length that is underway) 

  • You MUST be TWPD licenced to fish & hunt with Captain Reanna's Baffin Bay Adventures
