Terms & Conditions

As a small woman owned and operated buisness, cancellations have a big impact on my business therefore, I want to ensure fair and proper customer service to all my clients. This is why I have made my policies straight forward and easy to understand.

  • If the weather deems to be dangerous as determined by the captain or an emergency occurs in which the scheduled trip cannot take place. Captain Reanna's Baffin Bay Adventures will reschedule your trip within a year. (There are no refunds!)

  • A 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) down deposit is required to lock in your desired date to fish.

  • There are NO cancellations, instead your trip will be rescheduled to an agreeable date within a year of your initial trip date.

  • Your trip must be paid in full 3 days in advance to your trip date. 

  • If you need to reschedule your trip, I encourage you to do so a week or longer before your scheduled trip date.  

  • If some of your group members decide to back out, you will still be charged for the initial amount of people you booked in the beginning.

  • During hunting season, you will be required to fill out a release form before entering into the field.
  • Must be TWPD licenced to fish & hunt with Captain Reanna's Baffin Bay Adventures
